A magnetic filter is usually a round cylinder on the pipe under the boiler.

Have you noticed sludge or kettling?

Sludge shows as dirty water when bleeding radiators or cold spots. Kettling is a rumbling, kettle-like noise from the boiler.

How easy is it to get to the boiler, tanks and radiators?
